PROCEDURES TO USE HYDRAULIC TORQUE WRENCH

Connection of hydraulic wrench: connect the hydraulic pump and wrench, and check whether the hydraulic hose joint is tight after connection. 

Operation of hydraulic wrench: Start the motor of the pump, keep pressing the button on the remote controller. When the oil enters the wrench, the wrench starts to rotate. When you hear the "snap" sound of the wrench, it means that the wrench stops rotating in place. At this time, release the button on the remote controller, then it goes to the oil return position. When you hear the "snap" sound of the wrench again, it means that the wrench has completed resetting. Repeat the above actions and let the wrench idle rotate for 3-5 turns, Observe whether the wrench rotates abnormally, and start working if there is no abnormality; Determine the direction of the drive shaft and observe the bolt face. Clockwise rotation is the tightening direction and counterclockwise rotation is the loosening of the bolt; The high-strength bolt shall be checked by tightening method, that is, the specified torque of high-strength bolt shall be used for tightening operation. If the hydraulic wrench does not rotate, it indicates that the bolt is not loose normally and meets the required torque; If the hydraulic wrench rotates, it indicates that the bolt is loose, and the bolt torque cannot reach the specified torque value, so it needs to be tightened. 

Disassembly of hydraulic wrench after operation: disassemble the hydraulic wrench system after the inspection of high-strength bolts. Press and hold the operation button without loosening. At the same time, turn the rotating handle on the release valve on the hydraulic pump counterclockwise to loosen the pressure regulating valve. When there is no pressure in the hydraulic pump station, release the operation button, turn off the power supply, unscrew the oil pipe connector, and screw the two ends of the oil pipe with internal and external threaded cover to each other to prevent the connector from entering sundries. Screw down the joint sealing cover on the hydraulic pump station, Clean the residual hydraulic oil at the joint of the hydraulic wrench and put the hydraulic wrench into the toolbox.
