Attentions on Using Hydraulic Cylinders

When we use hydraulic cylinders, we need to pay attentions on the points below:
1、Check if all the parts of the hydraulic cylinder system is normal.
2、Strictly use the cylinders according to the rate datas; overload or over stroke use is forbidded.
3、Fill the pump if there is not sufficient oil in the pump when use.

4、The force point of the cylinders should be selected appropriately, the bottom should be flat and hard.  
5、After the weight is lifted by the hydraulic cylinder, the weight shall be firmly supported by the support in time. It is forbidden to use the hydraulic cylinder as the support. If you need to support heavy objects for a long time, please choose BML or BMLL series self-locking hydraulic cylinder
6、In addition to the correct placement of the ultra-high pressure cylinder, the multi top shunt valve should be used, and the load of each hydraulic cylinder should be balanced, and the lifting speed should be kept synchronous. It is also necessary to consider the situation that the ground may sink due to uneven weight, so as to prevent the lifting object from tilting and causing danger.
7、When in use, the quick couplers of the hydraulic pump is connected with the oil cylinder, and then the position is selected, and the oil drain screw on the oil pump is tightened to work. To lower the piston rod, slightly loosen the hand wheel of the manual oil pump in the counter clockwise direction, unload the oil cylinder, and the piston rod will gradually lower. Otherwise, it will be dangerous to descend too fast.
8、Don't take the cylinders with the hydraulic hose.
9、Avoid using the cylinder in a vibration place.
10、Users should check and maintain regularly according to the usage of the cylinders.
